What If I Did Not Receive An SMS Code?

If you have bound SMS authentication, please take the following steps:

• Ensure that your cell phone has a good signal; otherwise, please re-position to a better spot.
• Close anti-virus software and/or firewall apps on your cell phone;
• Restart your cellphone.

If you still cannot receive your SMS code, please raise the support ticket with your cell phone number, iOS/Android version, and your location. Binance Uganda will respond to you as soon as possible.
