How to Bind Mobile Money Account to Your Binance Uganda Account

Note: To bind your Binance Uganda account to your Mobile Money account, you need to complete your account verification/KYC. If you have not done that yet, please accomplish your KYC.

1. Please login to Binance Uganda’s official website: www.binance.co.ug

2. After login, please click the [Detail] button beside Mobile Money, under the Payment section.

3. If no mobile money account is bound, you will see this display below. Please click the [+Mobile Money Account] button to proceed.

4. You will see this form below:

Please fill out the requested information and click [Send]. This verification code will be sent to the specified phone number. Please type the number to [Verification Code] field, and then click [Verify]

5. After the successful binding, you will see this display below.

How to Deposit Uganda Shillings in your Binance Uganda Account

Note: Before proceeding with this, you need to bind your Binance Uganda’s account with your Mobile Money account. Also, please make sure that you have stored enough money in your Mobile Money account.

1. Please login to Binance Uganda’s official website: www.binance.co.ug
2. Click [Funds] → [Deposits] and select UGX (Uganda Shilling). Then, please select the desired Mobile Money account you bound and specify the amount of money to be transferred from Mobile Money account to your Binance Uganda’s account. Finally, please click [Submit].
3. A popup message will then be displayed. Please check your phone and confirm the payment. After the confirmation, please click [The payment has been authorized].
4. Your transaction is now stored in the transaction history as shown below.
5. After the successful transaction, the transaction history at the bottom shows [Completed], and the deposited amount is added to [Total balance].

How to Withdraw Uganda Shillings from your Binance Uganda Account

1. Please login to Binance Uganda’s official website: www.binance.co.ug
2. Click [Funds] → [Withdrawals] and select UGX (Uganda Shilling). Then, please select the desired Mobile Money account you bound and specify the amount of money to be transferred to Mobile Money account from your Binance Uganda’s account. Finally, please click [submit].
3. A popup message prompting you to enter your Google Authentication Code will then be displayed. Please check your Google Authenticator app and type the code. Then please click [Confirm].
4. After the successful transaction, the transaction history at the bottom shows [Completed], and the amount is withdrawn from [Total balance].
