How to Create Support Ticket

1. Please click “Support” on the top right corner.

 2. You will see the “Binance Uganda Help Center”. Please click “Submit Request” on the top right corner.

3. Please fill in 【Issue type】→【Address】→【Account】→【Subject】→【Description】

Finally, please click [Submit] button to submit the request.

You can also place this address ( https://support.binance.co.ug/ ) into the address bar to issue a support ticket without login.
