How to Freeze Account

There are 3 ways to disable your Binance Uganda account:

If you can log in your Binance UG account:

Step 1: Please log in to Binance Uganda, and go to [Account Center]

Step 2: Please click “Disable” in the Account section.

Step 3: Please click “Disable account” to freeze your account automatically.

If you cannot log in your Binance UG account:

Step 1: Look for emails from Binance Uganda with the following subjects: “Password Changed,” ”Confirm Your Withdraw Request,” or "Successful Login From New IP.”

Step 2: Please find the link "disable your account" in the email, then click it to freeze your account automatically. 

If you cannot disable your account by yourself

Please access ( https://support.binance.co.ug/ ) and submit a support ticket with type ‘help with the account-->Account compromised’ to get help.
